For Financial Institutions / Investors:
• You agree to use the platform solely for evaluating funding opportunities.
• You may not solicit, copy, or distribute company data without consent.
• You must comply with all regulatory obligations applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. Confidentiality and Data Use
• Fund Hub does not publicly display company names or financials.
• Information is shared selectively with interested and verified parties.
• Fund Hub reserves the right to share or sell non-financial data (e.g., industry, contact info, business profile) with third parties in compliance with privacy regulations.
• All users are required to treat shared information as confidential unless otherwise authorized.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Fund Hub (including branding, software, text, graphics, and design) is owned or licensed by Business Community and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
7. Platform Availability
